Tyrena Jones

 Tyrena C. Jones went home to be with the Lord on June 16, 2024, in Pilot Point, Texas at the age of 94.

Tyrena Clair (Gore) Jones was born to Claude C. Gore and Louise Firestone Gore in Spearman, Texas on February 19, 1930.  She was married to Charles Jackson Jones on October 15, 1947.  

Tyrena was a very gifted and talented woman who served in various careers including sales and cooking for Salad Master Cookware; Management in restaurants and cafés; home healthcare serving and working for families of the elderly; and additionally working and serving in Ministerial and Christian counseling which she was very devoted to.

She is survived by her children, Larry E. Jones and wife Belinda Jones, Kerry D. Jones and wife Patty Jones, Charles A. Jones, Art W. Jones and wife LaDonna Jones and Wendy B. Jones Atterberry and husband Michael Atterberry; Grandchildren are Adrian Jones, Kelonna Collier, Dak Jones, Misty Watts, Natasha Durden, Tyrell Jones and La Dessa Powell, Daniel and Dana Jones, Sari Yenna, Yanni and Zane Atteberry. Great Grandchildren are Cayman, Axel, Isaac, Jackson, Alayna, Baily, Brooke, Kayley, Jade, Avery, Kingston, Emmory, Charlie, Blakeston, Allie, Colby, Taylor, Releigh, Alexa, Maddie, Gabbie, Katelynn and 8 Great Great Grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her son Dale Ray Jones and sister Eva Jean Phillips.
