Ramon Noriega Rodriguez was born on January 21, 1966 in Nacia, Chihuahua, Mexico to Arnulfo Noriega and Rebeca Rodriguez. He passed away on September 4, 2020 at Prowers Medical Center in Lamar, Colorado at the age of 54.
