Paul Tafoya

A Funeral Service for Paul Tafoya will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, January 11, 2022 at Horber Funeral Chapel in Las Animas, Colorado with Pastor Rod Coulter officiating. Cremation will follow and inurnment will take place at a later date.

Paul D. Tafoya was born on April 19, 1966 in Las Animas, Colorado to Ernest and Geraldine (Schaffer) Tafoya.  He passed away on December 24, 2021 at Poudre Valley Hospital in Fort Collins, Colorado at the age of 55.

Paul is survived by his children, Charlene Tafoya, Paul Tafoya, Pat Tafoya, Samantha Tafoya, Pablo Tafoya, Nichole Tafoya, Marquise Duran, Darius Duran, Brandon Martinez, and Bradley Martinez; siblings, Pete (Michele) Tafoya, Nancy Villa, Victor (Joann) Tafoya, Joe Lupe (Tekla) Tafoya, Lorenzo Tafoya, and Mary Lou Montoya; 16 grandchildren; many other relatives and a host of friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents and brothers, Jimmy, Bobby, and Raymond Tafoya.
