Lewis Fernandez Obituary

Lewis Manuel Fernandez was born to John and Victoria (Nevarez) Fernandez in Syracuse, Kansas on December 31, 1965. He passed away at the Fowler Health Care Center in Fowler, Colorado on December 7, 2025 at the age of 59. Per his request, cremation will take place and no services are scheduled at this time.

Lewis is survived by his brothers-in-law, Richard Sisneros and Jimmie Ochoa as well as several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents; and siblings, Molly Sisneros, Raymond Mosby, Nancy Ochoa, Johnny Fernandez, and Tommy Fernandez.
